Analysing interpersonal skills

Using the videos provided to me in video (A) the video is demonstrating the wrong way to couch kids with a sport. The sport that is demonstrating interpersonal skills is (Pee Wee Football) with this sport the couch is being negative towards the kids with his words by yelling at them and being aggressive towards them when they do something wrong while they are out playing the game,he also ignores the kids when he isn't bothered to listen or know what they have to say.His body language is poor when he is speaking to the team or just 1 player particular, the coach was speaking polite and using positive words and suitable volume and a ideal tone when he was speaking to the interviewer. However the coach wasn't successful because these kids only know by being aggressive and they think that speaking rudely and negative is the best way to win a sport and speaking to the opposite team. However in video (B) the video is demonstrating the wrong way to coach kids with a sport. The sport that is demonstrating interpersonal skills is (Youth football coaching- skills corridor plus)with this sport the coach is being positive towards the kids with his words by saying how well they are doing once they have completed the task given to them, He also listens to the kids and the advice they have given or said. His body language towards suitable and approachable to the team, the coach was speaking polite and using positive words at a suitable and ideal tone/volume.However the coach was successful by demonstrating the sport towards the kids so the ability for those kids. The second coach was the most successful because the kids were willing to carry on with that sport as the coach explained what to do with the skills and how they could improve which worked well for there learning and ability.
